Colby Phippin

I am a licensed Maryland Realtor, born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I love this area because of its history, its unique location and geographical features and because, here, we foster a slower pace and a close-knit sense of community. I am very active in our local community by participating in different events in our downtown area and networking with local restaurants and businesses, along with my involvement at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church.

Providing excellent customer service is a way of life for me. It began when I opened my first business, which was service related, when I was thirteen years old. Later, I became manager of a large, automotive service center. I truly understand the art of listening to customer’s needs and striving to provide excellent service with integrity, reliability and undivided attention. Additionally, I have learned to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a very fast paced environment; as a result, I developed a heightened ability to problem solve in a very diligent and well-informed manner. I have always been a go-getter and will always offer customers and clients my undivided loyalty.
